Services I Offer
Individual Therapy
Every individual is unique and has their own process and journey of healing and growth. I use creative approaches to help you find your way along that path. I work relationally with clients, my approach is attachment based with a psychodynamic lens allowing space to process, and identify what you are feeling, valuing and acknowledging your lived experience.
I look at therapy as a journey to your true self.
Couples Therapy
In my work with couples I provide a safe space to explore feelings and emotions to create connection and healing. Bringing awareness to the relationship and the cycles that may be getting in the way of a fulfilling relationship and bond. Learning healthy ways to have honest communication and explore such issues as, life transitions, marriage, infidelity, sexuality, shame, conflict, sensitivities and injuries.
Children and Teens
In my work with children and teens I provide a safe space for expression. Learning healthy ways to communicate needs and feelings. I implement play therapy and creative expression in my work to facilitate healing, understanding and build coping skills.
