LIVE IN HARMONY
Those who live in harmony with themselves live in harmony with the universe.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT #60778627. I received a Masters in Clinical Psychology degree from Antioch University Los Angeles.
My goal in the work that I do is connect individuals, couples and families with themselves and each other, bringing harmony and fulfillment into their lives.
My special interest include relationships, self esteem and empowerment, death and dying, anxiety, co-dependency, transitions, attachment, teens and parenting.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors and in nature. I feel a deep connection to music and creative expression. I strive to connect and inspire community involvement and positive impact on the environment.
Services I Offer
Every individual is unique and has their own process and journey of personal growth. I use creative approaches to help you find your way along that path. I blend my style with experience in clinical methods base in attachment, mindfulness, relational and psychodynamic work. I look forward to working together towards the change you want to bring to your life.
As we navigate real life issues that can be challenging, we can find self-acceptance through understanding and compassion towards yourself. We will learn helpful tools for coping, practice ways to advocate for yourself, and set healthy boundaries in your life and relationships.
I look at therapy as a journey to your true self.
In my work with couples I provide a safe space to explore feelings and emotions to create connection and healing. Bringing awareness to the relationship and the cycles that may be getting in the way of a fulfilling relationship and bond. Learning healthy ways to have honest communication and explore such issues as, life transitions, marriage, infidelity, sexuality, shame, conflict, sensitivities and injuries.
Children and Teens
In my work with children and teens I provide a safe space for expression. Learning healthy ways to communicate needs and feelings. I implement play therapy and creative expression in my work to facilitate healing, understanding and build coping skills.
